We are a young team that procures and sells products that we stand behind and want to use in our own daily lives.

How long have you been around?

Optamit was founded 2005 in Cologne, Germany.

Our customers

We sell to wholesale customers only. End customers can buy the products through our wholesale customers.

What kind of business are you running?

We are an importer and distributor of high quality brands.
For us, not only the products are important, but also the manufacturers that stand behind them.
We only work with manufacturers who are interested, like us, in long-term relationships with their partners.

Why are you selling to so many different channels?

We started off in the outdoor industry.
Some of the brands which we represent are also offering products that overlap into other channels.
So we expanded our business to include more channels.
Today, dedicated, specialized sales and service teams take care of their respective channels.

What aspect of the business do you enjoy the most?

To build up cool brands with cool products and to see them blossom!
